## About Behind the Scenes: The Making of Magic

A great show isn't just about the steps. It is about the hours spent on technical rehearsals where we align sound, lighting cues, and stage markings. We spend time blocking positions to ensure that when the lights go up, your performance feels effortless, even though we know exactly how much hard work went into making it that way.

### The Reality of Stage Craft

Most people see the final 5-minute performance, but the magic happens in the days before. Whether it is a sangeet or a massive corporate stage show, my process is rooted in precision. We don't just teach steps. We coordinate the technical flow: sound editing, lighting cues, stage placement, and prop management.

### Why Technical Rehearsals Matter

When we are on-site, the focus is entirely on synchronization. We work on:

* **Stage Blocking:** Mapping out where dancers stand to ensure clean formations.
* **Technical Cues:** Syncing dance transitions with lighting shifts and sound effects.

My team is built on a 'we, not I' philosophy. Whether we are in Mumbai or performing internationally, we operate as a tight unit. I handle the chaos backstage so you can focus on the performance. We have handled everything from giant props to complex transitions in music videos and award shows.
