In this program, I strip away the guesswork to cover the realities of running a professional floral business—from how to quote premium clients without undervaluing your work, to managing perishable inventory to minimize waste, and building a brand that stands out in a crowded market.

Many students enter the floral industry with a love for flowers but little preparation for the operational demands of the field. My curriculum is built to bridge this gap, focusing on 'design thinking'—a methodology that forces you to solve visual and logistical problems before you even touch a stem. 

We cover the granular details that others skip. You will learn the mathematics behind pricing structures to ensure profitability, how to read a client brief to avoid costly scope creep, and how to source materials efficiently in local Bangalore markets.
