You can have the most beautiful blooms, but if your mandap structure is not secure or your rigging fails, the event suffers. We focus on the engineering behind the beauty so you can confidently handle any venue. Most floristry programs focus on small, tabletop arrangements. While those are beautiful, they do not prepare you for the scale of a wedding. My training covers the structural aspects of event design, teaching you how to use chicken wire, cages, and rigging to secure florals for mandaps, arches, and large installations. You learn to balance heavy structures while maintaining a light, artistic aesthetic. Beyond the mechanics, we tackle the business side of floral events. Creating a mood board is one thing; pitching it to a client and quoting it accurately so you actually make a profit is another. We cover vendor management, sourcing strategies, and how to communicate your creative vision to couples and corporate clients.
