If your goal is radiance, my Orange Peel face wash acts as a gentle exfoliant, using Vitamin C to help address tanning and dullness naturally. ### The Importance of the Toner Step Never skip the toner. My Pure Rose Water is steam-distilled, meaning it retains the essential nutrients of the rose petals without any added fragrances, alcohol, or artificial preservatives.
