Because we craft everything in small, fresh batches, each order is individually bubble-wrapped and carefully secured in our signature eco-friendly mailers right before dispatch. This attention to detail ensures your lotions, soaps, and oils reach you in perfect, usable condition, exactly as they left our hands. ### From Our Kitchen to Your Doorstep When you place an order with Meeso Natural, you aren't getting products that have sat on a shelf for months. We treat every order as a new project, mixing, pouring, and packaging items specifically for you. This 'small-batch' philosophy is the core of our brand, ensuring that the natural ingredients like neem, hibiscus, and cold-pressed coconut oil retain their potency. ### Our Packaging Approach We aim to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible while ensuring your skincare is protected during transit across India. * **Safe Handling:** Fragile items like glass jars and pumps are individually wrapped to prevent breakage. * **Eco-Friendly Fillers:** We use wood wool (shredded paper) for cushioning, which is much kinder to the planet than synthetic foam packing peanuts. * **Minimalist Aesthetic:** Our rustic cardboard mailers are designed to be sturdy, protecting your handmade body care items without unnecessary plastic wrapping. ### What to Expect Since we are a small, homegrown team based in Delhi, we handle the packing ourselves. If you are ordering for a special occasion like a wedding, festive gift, or corporate event, we are happy to add personalized note cards or adjust the packaging themes. We ship across India, and because our formulations are free from harsh chemical preservatives, we recommend checking your package as soon as it arrives to keep the products stored properly away from direct sunlight. ## About Meeso Natural We are two friends who started Meeso Natural in our Delhi kitchen, inspired by the 'jadibutiya' (herbal) recipes of our nani. We love mixing fresh, natural ingredients into skincare that actually works, and we treat every single order like we’re sending a care package to a friend.
