You’ve seen my journey - shaadi, happy weight, and then real hard work to lose 10 kg in just 1.5 months. Family means everything - husband, saasu ma, dadi, all together for every festival. I’m not perfect, just real like you. Balancing ghar, kaam, and apna mann ka sukoon (peace of mind) is life. I believe, sabse pehle, work on yourself - for yourself. ### My work - **What I Do**: I run women-only weight loss classes, online yoga sessions for women, dance fitness, and meditation - join online or in my studio. - **It’s Not Just About Weight**: Here, we focus on inch loss, strength, and stamina. Many found relief from migraine, back pain, and more, no medicine needed. - **Energy & Motivation**: I’m all about energy! Whether online or offline, I see everyone. Didi sab pe nazar rakhti hai (I keep an eye on all). - **Real Community**: This is like family. No matter your job or kids, you can manage health. Mind bilkul fresh ho jaata hai yahan (your mind feels fresh here). - **Diet That’s Not Boring**: Diet boring? Not with me! I’ll show you tasty Indian diet plans like overnight oats. Just trust me and give your time. ## More services from Meenakshi - [Therapeutic Exercise for Pain & Ailment Relief](https://mytribe.in/meenakshifitnessclub/therapeutic-exercise-for-pain-ailment-relief) · ₹1,800-4,500 per month (estimate) - [Women's Holistic Fitness Program](https://mytribe.in/meenakshifitnessclub/women-s-holistic-fitness-program) · ₹2.5-12K per month (estimate) ## Book To book Meenakshi, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'm%20looking%20for%20Event%20Planning%20%26%20Decoration%20by%20Meenakshi.)
