On every site, I personally verify the load requirement before we cut a single pipe. Whether it is for a heavy tile roof or a glass pergola, I strictly use 14 to 16 gauge MS pipes, painted on-site with red oxide primer and enamel to stop rust before it starts. If your frame is weak, your roof will fail, regardless of the sheet you put on top. Structure is everything. When you look at a finished roof, you do not see the frame, but that frame is what stands between your home and the heavy Bangalore rain. ### The Fabrication Process I do not believe in one-size-fits-all kits. Every terrace, balcony, or industrial space has different dimensions and wind loads. I visit your site to take exact measurements. We fabricate the frame on-site, which allows us to adjust the welding and beam placement to fit your space perfectly. ### Why the Frame Matters * **Gauge Precision:** We use 14 to 16 gauge mild steel pipes.
