Here is a closer look at my collaboration with Ikshaa Conventions in Bengaluru. ## Photos and videos - [Video: I had the pleasure of collaborating with Ikshaa Conventions to create this venue tour. In this video, I walk you through their stunning spaces, from grand wedding halls to serene ritual areas, showcasing the perfect location for any dream celebration in Bengaluru.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/863e6fc2-8742-4b21-bcb4-c941a9d69dbd) ## About Special Collaborations When I tour a space, I am looking at the practical flow. I check where the entrance is, how the light hits the stage, and if the parking layout actually handles a large crowd. It is about helping you visualize your event day, rather than just showing you the glossy, polished angles. My collaborations go beyond simple promotion. Whether I am partnering with a venue like Ikshaa Conventions or working with a brand, my goal is to translate their physical space or product into a real event experience for you. ### Why I Create These Tours When you are planning an event, photos on a website can only tell you so much. You need to know if the venue actually works for your specific crowd size. During this tour of Ikshaa, I highlighted the distinct differences between their spaces: * **Vaibhava:** The grand option. With 600 seating and 1000 floating capacity, it is designed for big weddings. * **Vedika:** My pick for something more intimate, with 500 seating and 800 floating capacity for rituals. * **Vatica:** The outdoor choice. With 800 seating and 1500 floating capacity, it handles open-air requirements perfectly. Seeing these spaces with a host’s eye helps you understand the logistics, like the 14 air-conditioned rooms or the dedicated dining areas. ### Partnering with Me If you represent a venue or a brand, I don't just 'feature' you. I bring my experience as an emcee to the table. I understand what event planners and hosts look for in a venue—things like ease of access, stage visibility, and crowd management. I create content that answers the questions your potential clients are actually asking before they ever pick up the phone. ## About Raina Dsouza I am Raina, and for the last 12 years, I have been the voice behind events ranging from tech summits to intimate weddings.
