We solve this by handling the entire build from the first sketch to the final interior finish. You get a single point of contact for the architecture, civil work, and interior styling, ensuring your home actually looks like the mood board we start with. At Maze Concept, we believe that a residence should be more than just square footage. It should be a place where your daily rituals feel special. Whether we are working on a new villa in Bangalore or a quiet apartment renovation, our process starts by listening to your specific needs. We treat your space as a narrative, using a blend of architectural precision and tactile interior design to bring it to life. Our approach is grounded in a design-build methodology. This means we don't just provide drawings and leave; we manage the construction process as well. We are heavily involved in the material selection, from using local Kota stone and Jaisalmer marble for flooring to selecting textures like cane, rattan, and teak for furniture. By controlling the build, we ensure that design elements like exposed brick facades or custom joinery are executed exactly as planned. We have experience managing diverse projects, from high-end residential towers to ground-up villa construction. We focus on creating spaces with a personality, where lighting, ventilation, and material choices work together to create a calm atmosphere. If you are looking for home renovation services or complete turnkey construction in Bangalore, we are here to walk you through the journey from the first concept to the final handover. ## About Maze Concept We are Priyanka and Koushik. We believe a home is a story waiting to be told, so we handle everything from the initial floor plans to the final interior styling. Our approach is hands-on, ensuring your space reflects your personality while we manage the heavy lifting.
