We rotate between Zumba originals, Bollywood hits, and Step Aerobics to keep things fresh. My goal is simple, ensure you leave the studio happier and sweatier than when you walked in. At 'What Thumka by Mayank', we believe that fitness should feel like a celebration. Whether you are hitting a session at Fitstop Gym, Anytime Fitness, or The Gym Adda in Faridabad, the energy stays consistent. We aren't just here to burn calories, we are here to build a 'Zumba fam' that laughs together. My classes include a 60-minute mix of high-intensity cardio and core-focused movement, perfect for all fitness levels. If you're a beginner, don't sweat the steps, the choreography is designed to be follow-along and fun. We do regular rotations of Bollyfitness, where we dance to retro classics and new hits, and Step Aerobics, which is great for toning those legs. We don't do boring routines. From theme-based Holi splashes to Navratri Dandiya sessions, we make sure every month feels like a festival. If you want a more personal touch, I offer private sessions where we can curate the playlist exactly to your taste, whether you're into Punjabi beats or Latin tracks.
