We are 100% vegetarian, which means baking delicate pastries, fluffy Bomboloni, and our signature Kunafa Croissants without eggs requires a different set of techniques and a lot of trial and error. When you visit our Hudson Lane or Ashok Vihar locations, you are seeing the result of decades spent refining these eggless recipes so that you never have to compromise on texture or taste. Our journey started back in 1992 as a simple neighborhood bakery, and while we’ve grown to embrace viral trends and meme culture, our core hasn’t changed.
