Since we use fresh, real produce and avoid preservatives, we recommend placing your orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure everything is baked to order for your celebration. Festivals in Mumbai are all about sharing, and we wanted our menu to feel like a modern, delicious extension of that spirit. Whether you are prepping for Ganpati or Rakhi, we treat each festive collection as a new chapter in our kitchen story. ### Ganpati Special Our Ganpati menu is a homage to the season. We transform the classic modak into bite-sized chocolate bonbons, layering coconut-jaggery filling inside rich chocolate shells. We also create a Maska Modak Chocolate Bar—a fun, shareable treat that looks beautiful on a puja tray. It is our way of keeping tradition alive while adding a bit of excitement to the dessert table. ### Rakhi & Gifting For Rakhi, we shift gears to treats that siblings actually want to fight over. Think boxes of mixed cookies—like our Rhubarb Jam Shortbread or Pistachio Rose Berry—and delicate, tea-time cakes like our Saffron Pistachio Madeleines. Everything is handmade, from the piping of the jam to the hand-drawn messages on our tea cakes. ### Bulk & Corporate Needs We handle festive gifting for both families and offices. If you need a stack of hampers for colleagues or a custom spread for a house party, let us know early. We focus on reliable, timely delivery across Mumbai so you can focus on the festivities rather than the logistics. ## About Maska Bakery I'm Heena, and my kitchen is where we mix the city's festive spirit with a bit of butter and love.
