This ensures you get the berries at the absolute peak of their season, never before. We treat these fresh fruits with a light hand, folding them directly into our signature buttercream, which means you get real flavour in every bite of our strawberry croissant-cakes and eclairs. ### Celebrating the Bombay Seasons Our kitchen in Mahim follows the rhythm of the city. When the winter market fills up with red and black carrots or the first crop of Mahabaleshwar strawberries arrives, our menu changes to match. We believe that using produce at its best is the secret to a great bake, and this approach defines our festive collections. ### The No-Fondant Promise We are strict about our no-fondant policy.
