Our Nankhatai uses brown butter for that nutty depth you crave, and our German Chocolate Cake is a decadent nod to the ones we grew up celebrating with, only now we use 54% dark Belgian chocolate instead of standard cocoa. We keep the menu seasonal and fresh, which means you might find Mahabaleshwar strawberries in our cream cakes during the winter or special spiced bakes during the monsoon. We avoid fondant and heavy artificial decorations, focusing instead on honest ingredients like premium butter, house-made compotes, and high-quality flour.
