We prioritize the mouthfeel and quality of our ingredients, ensuring our pastry shells hold their crunch while the fillings remain rich, house-made, and satisfying. At Maska, our menu changes as often as the seasons do. Because we rely on the best local produce, our 'Additional Bakes' gallery is a living record of the year, spanning everything from Mahabaleshwar strawberry specials in the winter to our festive Rakhi cookie boxes and chocolate bloom croissants. ### Why Our Texture Matters Baking is physics, and for us, that means respect for the process.
