## About A Bombay-Wali Diwali

Forget the standard mithai boxes this year. We took the iconic kaju katli and gave it a rebellious Bombay twist—layering it with cashew praline and a salty crunch of sev, all encased in 54% Belgian dark chocolate. It’s the perfect conversation starter for your card parties.

Diwali in Bombay is a distinct feeling—the lights, the chaos, the card parties, and the sheer volume of sweets exchanged. With the 'Meetha Maska' collection, we wanted to capture that energy without relying on the usual supermarket boxes.

Our approach is simple: we keep the nostalgia but upgrade the craft. Take our Mawa Cakes, for example. We’ve shaped them like tiny diyas and filled them with house-made cherry and apricot-orange jams, giving you that perfect bite-sized festive treat to leave out for guests. For the savoury snackers, our Matar Gujiyas and spicy Teen Patti Shortbread (infused with curry leaf and masala peanut) are built specifically to survive the longest card sessions.

We take gifting seriously, which is why our packaging, designed by Mother Tongue Design, is an experience of its own. Look closely at the gold-foiled illustrations of the Sea Link and firecrackers; you’ll find our hidden 'M' logo tucked into the details like a little Easter egg.

Whether you need a box of our Lonavala Chocolate Walnut Fudge Gujiyas for a Bhai Dooj gift or a massive table spread for a house party, everything we bake is made from scratch with zero preservatives. We deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. If you’re planning something bigger, give us a shout—our gift concierge is ready to help you curate a hamper that actually tastes as good as it looks.

## About Maska Bakery

I’m Heena, and for me, Diwali is all about the memories we share over food. At Maska, we’ve spent weeks in the kitchen turning those childhood feelings into something delicious, making sure every bite feels like home—just with a bit more butter and a lot of heart.
