This ensures that while we keep the sessions engaging, you are getting authentic, CID-UNESCO certified training in Nritya and Abhinaya. We focus on the posture and discipline that turns a routine into a performance. Our classical and expressive dance tracks are designed for anyone wanting to move with intention. Whether you are aiming for a formal Kathak diploma or just want to explore the storytelling of semi-classical dance, we provide a supportive environment. The studio features shock-absorbent wooden flooring, which is essential for protecting your knees during the rhythmic footwork typical of classical forms. We break down complex movements into manageable steps, focusing on both the technical precision of Taal and the emotional depth of Abhinaya. It is not just about the steps; it is about the posture, the grace, and finding your own expression. Our batches are kept small to ensure each student gets individual attention, especially for correcting hand gestures and stance. You will find that our approach balances the rigour of tradition with the joy of performing. If you have been hesitant about starting, know that our classes are open to all levels, from complete beginners to those looking to refine their technique. Just take a dance pe chance and join us. ## About Julie Masih I am Julie. After 20 years at Rhythmic Feet, I still find nothing beats the grace of classical dance.
