You are getting groomed for real industry competitions by a team that has already been there and won. Our students actively participate in national platforms like the Monin Cup and IFBA challenges, gaining the confidence and technical precision that sets them apart when they step behind a bar. ### Training for the Big Stage Our training model at Martiny Academy is built on the belief that a bartender's real education happens under pressure. While we cover the fundamentals of mixology and spirits in our studio at Bejai, we push our students to apply those skills in competitive environments. Whether it is mastering flair sequences or perfecting molecular mixology, we want our students to be comfortable performing in front of a crowd. ### Why Competition Matters Participating in events like the Monin Cup or the IFBA Flair Challenge is a rite of passage for our students. It forces you to handle time constraints, technical difficulties, and judge scrutiny. We have had incredible wins, like Yathish Kumar securing a spot at the Monin Cup National Finals and Hemraj Shettigar taking home honors at the IFBA Flair Challenge. These aren't just trophies; they are proof that our hands-on methodology works. ### Join the Winning Crew If you are looking to start a career in bartending, you need more than a certificate. You need the grit that comes from intense practice. We provide everything from basic flair training to university-certified diplomas, ensuring that when you finish, you are not just ready for a job—you are ready to perform. Join us at our Mangalore academy and build a portfolio that stands out in the industry. ## About Martiny Mixology We are a crew of mixologists who believe in growing the community rather than just teaching from a manual. Whether you are here to learn flair or just want to master your first cocktail, we are with you every step of the way.
