Seeing your feedback about my Belgian chocolate brownies or tea cakes is proof that you can actually taste the difference when everything is made from scratch with pure butter, organic flour, and real couverture chocolate. Baking is my way of sharing happiness, but the real reward is reading your stories. Whether it is a surprise birthday cake or a quiet tea time treat, I love knowing that my bakes made the moment a little sweeter. My philosophy is simple: Jo khaoge, woh asli hoga (what you eat will be the real deal). I avoid premixes, artificial flavours, and preservatives entirely. Instead, I spend hours testing recipes to get that perfect crumb in a tea cake or the right fudge factor in a brownie. It is heartwarming to hear that you notice these details, like the crisp edges on my cookies or the richness of the Callebaut chocolate in my dessert tubs. Everything you see here is made fresh in my Gurugram kitchen. Because I do not store ready-made stock, every order is baked just for you.
