Each child learns to weigh ingredients, mix the batter, and handle piping bags to create their own swirls. We keep the batches small, so every little baker gets personal attention at the oven and the decorating station. ### Why I Teach 'Scratch' Baking Many kids think baking starts with a box of pre-mix, but I believe in showing them the magic of real ingredients. When children measure flour, crack eggs, and whisk butter, they aren't just making cupcakes—they are building confidence. My workshop is about understanding how ingredients interact, why we use certain techniques, and how patience in the kitchen leads to delicious results. ### What Your Child Will Learn * **The Basics of Mixing:** Understanding wet vs. dry ingredients without relying on store-bought mixes. * **Piping Skills:** Mastering the piping bag using various nozzles—Star, Round, and 2D—to get those bakery-style swirls. * **Oven Safety:** Guided, supervised time with commercial ovens so they learn how to handle heat safely. * **Creative Garnishing:** Once the cupcakes cool, it is time for the fun part. They get to experiment with toppings, sauces, and sprinkles to invent their own flavour combinations. ### Workshop Details These sessions are designed for children aged 6 to 14. We host them in my air-conditioned studio in Sector 86, Gurugram, providing all the aprons and tools they need. It is a safe space where mistakes are just part of the process. Every student walks away with 4 to 6 of their own scratch-baked cupcakes and a Junior Baker certificate to celebrate their hard work. If your child has a specific interest—like fondant figurines or chocolate work—let me know, and we can chat about including that in our next session. ## About Marshmadoh Hi, I'm Madhur!
