In my experience with Mumbai banquets, getting the lighting right and managing stage logistics early is the difference between a stressful setup and a seamless, beautiful event. Your engagement or reception is often the first big celebration of your wedding journey, and I treat it with that same importance. I focus on creating a cohesive environment where the floral backdrop, the stage design, and the lighting work together to frame your photos beautifully. ### My Approach to Reception Styling I look at the venue as a blank canvas. Whether you want a classic all-white theme with thousands of roses or a dramatic reception under the stars, I bring in elements that make the space feel yours. For high-ceiling banquet halls in Mumbai, I often suggest custom entrance tunnels or ceiling drapes to draw the eye upward and add intimacy to large rooms. ### Why Details Matter It is the small choices that guests remember. A mirrored aisle that reflects your stage, carefully chosen chair linens, or the specific way we uplight a floral mandap changes the room's energy. I handle the sourcing of fresh flowers and props, ensuring everything is placed exactly where it needs to be so you and your guests can simply enjoy the night. ### Working with Mumbai Venues I have worked in various spaces across the city, from hotel ballrooms to open-air lawns. Every venue has specific rules regarding load-in times and mounting structures. I coordinate directly with your venue manager to ensure our setup, whether it’s a 24ft stage or a simple floral arch, is completed without any last-minute surprises. This planning phase allows me to focus on the creative side, ensuring the final look matches your vision perfectly. ## About Marrigold Events Hi, I’m from Marrigold Events.
