I walk the site with you to plan the layout, ensuring the pandal structure provides adequate coverage while leaving enough room for buffet counters and foot traffic. We lay down clean, flat red carpets to create a solid foundation, so your event feels like a proper venue rather than just a patch of open ground. When you choose to host a function at home or in a community space, the infrastructure is the biggest variable. I personally oversee the setup to ensure everything is sturdy, clean, and practical for your specific guest count. ### Our Setup Capabilities We travel across the Navi Mumbai area with our own equipment, so you do not need to coordinate with multiple vendors. We handle: * **Tenting and Structures:** We provide pandal setups ranging from simple canopies for small family gatherings to larger coverage for community events. We use fabric side-walls (kanat) to define the space and create a private atmosphere. * **Flooring:** We use standard red or patterned carpets to smooth out rough surfaces, ensuring the area is comfortable for guests to walk and sit on. * **Seating Solutions:** We offer a mix of standard plastic chairs for general seating and cushioned chairs for VIP or front-row placement. We also provide rectangular tables with skirts and covers for dining or stage use. * **Lighting:** Proper illumination is key for evening functions.
