My goal isn't just to help you win a trophy—it's to ensure that when you step into the ring, you have the conditioning and technical foundation that leaves no room for doubt. People see the photos of our students on the podium, but they don't see the early mornings in the Vashi training hall. Winning 32 medals in state and national championships since 2022 isn't about training for a quick win; it's about the repetitive work that builds a real boxer. **The Methodology Behind The Wins** We don't rely on gym machines. We go old-school. Our medalists—like Vedika Satre, who became the first female boxer from Navi Mumbai to qualify for Nationals—follow a rigorous regimen: * **Conditioning:** High-volume Indian pushups (dand baithak) and skipping to build the endurance required for three-round bouts. * **Technical Precision:** Drills on the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut chain to ensure clean, scoring punches. * **Defense:** Learning to move the head, slip, and counter, not just stand and trade blows. **Building Future Champions** Whether it's the CBSE School Games or the Maharashtra State Championships, our boxers step into the ring ready. But this isn't just for aspiring pros. Every student who walks in, regardless of whether they ever compete, gets the exact same quality of coaching. We prioritize discipline over everything. If you are willing to skip the junk food, put in the hours, and follow the plan, you will see the change in your own performance, just like our medalists have. If you are serious about your boxing journey, come down to the academy and start training. ## About Marine Centre Boxing Academy I’m Siddharth Varma, and I've fought 157 matches to know what actually works in the ring.
