When you step into my ring in Vashi, expect 60 to 90 minutes of focused technical drills covering your guard, footwork, and counter-punching mechanics. We move past the basics quickly, using real-world combat strategies I learned fighting alongside world-class professionals, so you are training like a competitor from day one. ### Why Train at MCBA Boxing is not about gym equipment or looking good on social media. It is about conditioning, discipline, and understanding angles. After 157 fights and years of competing at the highest level, I built Marine Centre Boxing Academy to be the real deal. You will not find flashy treadmills here—you will find a 20ft x 20ft professional ring and a coach who corrects your form in real-time. ### My Training Philosophy I do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. Whether you are a beginner looking to improve your fitness, a corporate professional needing to burn stress, or a teenager aiming for state-level medals, my curriculum is tailored to your goals. * **Fundamentals:** We start with stance mastery and the four basic punches (Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut). Without a solid base, you are just hitting air. * **Combat Strategy:** Once the basics are locked, we move to counter-punching, defense, and reading Southpaw or Orthodox opponents. * **Conditioning:** I use Indian pushups and floor exercises because functional strength keeps you injury-free and fight-ready, not bulked up for show. ### The Transformation If you commit to three months of consistent training, your growth will show. You will walk with more confidence, handle stress better, and possess actual self-defense skills. We train Monday to Friday in Vashi.
