This means we control the quality and timing of your setup, ensuring that everything is ready on-site exactly as promised, without the last-minute coordination headaches often seen with large event setups. ### Our Approach to Outdoor Setups When planning an event in an open space, the structure is just as important as the decoration. We focus on stability, waterproofing, and safety. * **In-House Inventory:** We do not rely on rented equipment from other suppliers. From 10x10 mandaps to large-scale tent structures, we manage everything from our own stock. This allows us to keep costs down and provide competitive pricing for everything from small society functions to large corporate events. * **Site-Specific Planning:** An open ground or parking area requires specific planning. We always assess the ground surface, lighting requirements, and power access before we bring our gear. This ensures that your carpet lays flat, your tent structures are secured correctly, and your lighting doesn't flicker. * **Weather-Ready Solutions:** Mumbai weather can be unpredictable. Whether you need protection from the sun or a waterproof setup for the monsoon season, we have the right materials to keep your guests comfortable. ### What We Handle We provide end-to-end setup for: * **Weddings & Ceremonies:** Sturdy mandaps and full-coverage tenting. * **Society Events:** Efficient setups for festivals like Ganpati or Navratri. * **Corporate & Institutional:** Professional staging and lighting solutions. If you have a budget in mind, tell us early. We have packages that can be scaled up or down, and we are upfront about transport and setup costs. Let's make your event space functional and visually appealing. ## About Marathe Decorators & Events We started this business to prove that you can get reliable, high-quality event setups without spending a fortune.
