Whether it is an urgent banner fitting, bamboo gate construction, or last-minute stage reinforcement, my team operates with total precision. We have handled everything from badminton courts converted into full-service event spaces to massive 32ft stages for political rallies, all executed with a strict 'zero complaints' delivery promise. Managing public functions in Mumbai requires more than just equipment—it requires the ability to adapt to unpredictable sites and tight deadlines. Whether we are setting up a political rally in Panvel or a community program in Dombivli, our approach remains the same: complete site transformation. ### What We Bring to Your Event - **Rapid Infrastructure:** We specialize in urgent setups. Need a banner or a gate up overnight? We handle the logistics, from bamboo arch construction to precise banner fitting and bunting installation. - **Customizable Staging:** We build to your scale. Our inventory ranges from 10ft stage risers for street corner meetings to massive 32ft scaffolding structures for large-scale rallies, complete with fresh red carpeting, ramps, and staircases. - **Technical & Visual Impact:** A public event is not just about the space; it is about visibility. We provide outdoor-grade LED video walls (P3/P4), concert-grade line array sound systems, and industrial cooling solutions to keep your crowd comfortable, even in large open fields or temporary pandals. - **Venue Adaptation:** We turn raw spaces into functional event venues. Whether it is an empty plot or a sports court, we handle flooring, barricading, seating (from plastic chairs to VIP sofa setups), and power backup, ensuring that the event flows smoothly from start to finish. We understand that public events need to be safe, high-visibility, and on-time. If you have an event coming up and need a partner who knows how to handle the Mumbai crowd and site conditions, get in touch. ## About Marathe Decorators & Events I am the one behind the setups you see at political rallies and major public programs across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.
