My team does a proper site recce to ensure the LED screens are visible, the PA system reaches the back, and the layout makes sense for the crowd size at your venue. We handle the logistics, so you are not stuck chasing three different vendors on the day of your corporate function or festival. Whether you are planning a high-profile corporate launch like the Skoda event we managed in Navi Mumbai, or setting up infrastructure for a college fest at IIT Bombay, you need a partner who understands scale. We do not just provide equipment; we manage the flow of your event. ### What We Bring to the Table: * **Structures that Hold Up:** From weather-resistant German hangers for large grounds to pagodas for promotional stalls, we build safe, solid structures that won't give up in the middle of a public event. * **AV & Sound Clarity:** You cannot have a corporate presentation or a political speech without clear audio. We use professional JBL VRX line arrays and digital mixers, ensuring every word lands clearly. Plus, we bring our own technicians to manage the levels throughout the event. * **Visual Impact:** Our high-resolution LED screens are calibrated for outdoor daylight, which is essential for public events and brand launches. We know that corporate and public events in Mumbai often come with tight timelines. My team is used to working within limited site access hours and strict deadlines. We have successfully executed setups for everything from MLA birthdays to major sporting leagues like the Maharashtra Table Tennis League. If you have a budget to stick to, talk to us. We build packages that prioritize what you actually need, whether it is basic seating and sound for a gathering or a full-scale stage and tent infrastructure. No hidden costs, just straight talk. ## About Marathe Decorators & Events I do not believe in excuses.
