When we install custom LED walls at venues like NMACC, we are not just hanging screens—we are engineering the structural rigging to ensure safety and perfect visibility from every seat in the hall. Planning is the easy part, but the execution requires a technical team that understands scale. Our work at venues like Jio World Convention Centre involves complex logistics, where we coordinate everything from overhead box truss rigging to high-resolution LED wall installation. We treat every event as a production, not just a decoration job. When we set up for large conventions, the process begins with a site assessment. We evaluate load-bearing capacities for rigging, audio line array placement for speech clarity, and power distribution for our LED walls. We do not rely on third-party guesswork; our in-house technical directors manage the show flow, ensuring that transitions are seamless and that your stage setup is stable. We specialize in: * **Structural Rigging:** Using aluminum box truss grids to safely mount lighting and sound equipment. * **Visual Engineering:** Calibrating high-density LED walls (P2.9/P3.9) to prevent screen flicker and ensure high contrast. * **Audio Calibration:** Using speech-optimized line arrays for events with 1,000+ attendees. * **Safety Compliance:** Strict adherence to venue protocols at BKC and other major hubs, ensuring we clear all safety checks before the first guest arrives. By handling the production in-house, we eliminate the last-minute chaos that often plagues large-scale events in Mumbai. Whether it is an award ceremony or a corporate summit, we ensure the technical backbone is as professional as the event itself. ## About Maple Events We are Maple Events.
