You just need a thick black marker and the confidence to make a mess. My lessons skip the boring anatomy stuff and jump straight into capturing that 'wow' expression—whether it's a funny nose or a goofy grin. Grab a piece of bond paper, and let's see how quickly you can turn a blank page into a character. Art shouldn't be intimidating. When I sit down with my chisel-tip marker, I'm not thinking about perfect proportions; I'm thinking about the expression. That's the secret sauce of a good caricature—it's not about making it look realistic, it's about making it look like the person, but funnier. ### My Teaching Process My tutorials break down the human face into simple U-shapes and V-shapes. It is like a cheat code for drawing. In my 1-on-1 video coaching, we work on these shapes in real-time. I watch you draw, I correct your line weight, and we fix those 'thoda darawna' (a little scary) mistakes together. If you have a busy schedule, my pre-recorded tutorials are perfect. I pick a reference photo, break down the features—eyes, hair, that signature smile—and show you my full process from the first stroke to the final detail. ### No Fancy Gear Needed We don't use expensive tools. Just standard A4 bond paper and a black permanent marker. I focus on bold, clean lines because that is what makes a caricature pop. Whether you want to draw for your own enjoyment, or you are hoping to pick up a side hustle sketching at events, this is where we start. Keep practicing, bas—the more you sketch, the better you get. ## About Caricaturewala I am Caricaturewala, and I am happiest when I have a marker in my hand.
