Every petal goes through a 7 to 10-day silica sand dehydration process first, which is essential to keep the colours and shapes from turning brown or mushy inside your clock or lamp. Keeping your varmala in a box means it fades away with time. I build functional decor so you actually use these memories instead of just storing them. Whether it is a 12-inch wall clock or a glowing LED monogram, I make sure the flowers inside look fresh. My process relies on a multi-layer deep pour technique. For the LED lamps, I embed your flowers in a solid wooden base with warm white lights, keeping the petals crisp. For clocks, I use quartz sweep movements to ensure the mechanism is silent and smooth. Good work takes time. Because I meticulously dehydrate each flower before casting to prevent decay, please plan for a 15 to 25-day production cycle. I handle everything from the initial drying to the final high-gloss finish, ensuring the final piece is sturdy and clear.
