In 2014 Shashikala cooked at home and carried lunch to a company there herself. Today about 100 people at a company in Peenya still eat our food every day, served from steel trays like the ones in the first video. #### What goes into a day's office lunch A regular employee lunch from us is rice, sambar, huli saaru, chapati and sabzi, with papad and buttermilk packed on the side. Once or twice a week there is mudde. It is the kind of food people eat at home, which is why it works for a team that eats it every day. #### Employee menu or executive menu Some teams want something a little different. Our executive menu swaps mudde for chapati or poori in different types, adds a special rice bath like pulao every day, and brings a sweet once or twice a week. Both menus are customised for your team, and we can do onion and garlic free food too. #### Steel containers, not disposables Every dish goes in its own big steel container: one for rice, one for sambar, one for chapati, one for sabzi. We pack for the whole team together rather than box by box. Your company keeps the plates and spoons, the way most canteens already do. #### Team sizes we take Our food travels from Mallathahalli, so office lunch catering works best for 100 people or more. 50 is fine. We also send daily lunch to a team of about 20 in Dubasipalya, though for small teams the per-meal price is higher. For larger sites we can send serving staff, and for the first day or two we stay till the counter runs smoothly. #### Who has eaten our food Besides Peenya and Dubasipalya, we earlier sent about 300 meals a day to Magic Bricks at Manyata Tech Park. ## About Namma Mane Adige Shashikala started Namma Mane Adige by carrying home-cooked lunch to one office in Peenya.
