Our corporate tournaments at the Sector 14 campus provide professional BWF-certified badminton courts and ITTF-approved table tennis equipment, not just recreational space. We handle the tournament director, fixture design, marshals, and catering, so your HR team can focus on the players rather than the logistics. ### Why Corporate Sports Matter Sports are not just about physical health; they are a vital tool for team bonding and breaking down hierarchical barriers. At Manav Rachna, we have seen teams from companies like Maruti Suzuki, HCL, and Infosys transform from colleagues to teammates on our courts. ### End-to-End Tournament Management We do not just rent out the facility; we own the execution. When you book a corporate tournament with us, you get a full-service management team that includes: * **Fixture & Draw Management:** Our tournament directors handle all scheduling, from league stages to the final knockout matches. * **Certified Officiating:** We use district and state-level umpires to ensure fair play, eliminating self-scoring disputes. * **Professional Infrastructure:** Our AC-controlled indoor stadiums feature professional synthetic mats, high-quality lighting, and safety-first surfaces to prevent injury. * **Branding & Experience:** We provide on-site setup for your company banners, registration desks, and designated podium areas for the awards ceremony. ### Customizable Packages Whether you need a compact 2-day badminton championship for 50 employees or a large-scale corporate sports day for 300+ staff members, our packages are designed to scale. We include catering options, hydration stations, and access to our sports science center for immediate physio support. Every tournament package comes with professional digital action photography, ensuring your team has the highlights to share on internal channels. ## About Manav Rachna Sports Academy We are Manav Rachna Sports Academy, and we believe that true team spirit is built on the court.
