Beyond the podiums you see here, our training process involves daily SCATT trajectory analysis for precision, mental conditioning drills to master match-day nerves, and consistent practice on SIUS ASCOR electronic targets—the same technology used in Olympic qualifiers. Success in shooting is not accidental; it is engineered. At Manav Rachna, our shooters follow a structured roadmap that transitions from foundational technique to high-pressure competitive environments. ### The Path to the Podium Our training methodology is designed for shooters who intend to compete at the NRAI Selection Trials and beyond. We integrate: - **Technical Mastery:** 10M Air Rifle and Air Pistol athletes train using SIUS ASCOR electronic targets for decimal-level accuracy. - **Shotgun Precision:** Our Pali range provides professional trap machines and clay flight paths, simulating real-world international competition conditions. - **Sports Science Integration:** Through our collaboration with Khelo India, athletes receive support in injury prevention, physiotherapy, and strength conditioning tailored for shooters. - **Mentorship:** Learning is led by Olympians and national-level coaches who understand the psychological demands of the sport, offering specific guidance on handling anxiety and focus during clutch moments. ### A Community of Winners Our facility serves as a hub for the shooting community, hosting major events like the Manav Rachna Open. This provides our students with invaluable home-ground exposure, helping them acclimate to competitive atmospheres without the stress of constant travel. Whether you are a beginner aiming for state-level entry or an elite athlete training for the Asian Championships, our programs are structured to ensure every shot counts. ## About Manav Rachna Shooting Academy We are a high-performance training ground dedicated to nurturing the next generation of shooting champions.
