It is about witnessing the focus, discipline, and calm they bring to the range. When you train here, you are not just following a syllabus; you are part of an active community where real-world advice from Olympians and world-class mentors is part of the daily routine. ⚡ At Manav Rachna Shooting Academy, we understand that a shooter's environment shapes their potential. Our community engagement programs bridge the gap between aspiring athletes and established icons. When you join us, you gain access to more than just lanes and targets. ### Why Community Matters * **Direct Interaction:** We host legends like Manu Bhaker and Mary Kom, allowing students to ask questions, observe their preparation, and understand the mental game behind a medal-winning shot. * **Cultural Excellence:** We foster a culture where discipline and resilience are celebrated. Whether it is celebrating a student receiving an award or welcoming home Olympic heroes, we keep the spirit of competitive sports high. * **Shared Knowledge:** Our sessions often include insights from Khel Ratna awardees and world champions, providing a blueprint for success that textbooks cannot teach. ### Building a Champion's Mindset Shooting is 90 percent mental. By surrounding our students with athletes who have performed under the most intense pressure, we help them normalize the stress of competition. It is about learning how to keep steady hands and a calm mind when the stakes are at their highest. We don't just teach the mechanics of 10m Air Rifle or Trap shooting; we teach how to handle the pressure that comes with it. 💥 ## About Manav Rachna Shooting Academy We are Manav Rachna Shooting Academy.
