We break down complex movements into simple, rhythmic steps, focusing more on the story you tell with your body than on technical perfection. Whether it is a slow contemporary flow or a traditional thumka, you will find your rhythm here with us. Dance is more than just steps to us. It is our escape from the daily office ki chik-chik. In our semi-classical and contemporary classes, we prioritize the feeling behind the movement. You will learn to tell stories with your hands, eyes, and expressions, making it perfect for beginners who might be nervous about trying a new style. Our Kalkaji studio provides a safe space where you can truly be yourself. We keep the groups intimate and supportive, which helps you pick up the flow quickly regardless of your background. If you have ever wanted to perform, we host regular camera classes where we film your progress. This gives you a chance to create something beautiful, share it with your friends, and yes, ek reel toh banti hai. We balance basic technique with creative freedom, ensuring you leave each session feeling lighter and more connected to your own body. Come over, meet the fam, and see why we call this therapy. ## About Mallard We are Mallard Studio, where dance is our therapy.
