We meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, focusing on high-energy Bollywood routines that target cardio and expression without the pressure of perfect technical form. Our ladies-only batch at Malang isn't just a dance class. It is a dedicated space to reclaim your 'me-time,' de-stress, and form connections with like-minded women in the Ashok Vihar community. ### Why This Batch Works We believe dance is therapy, and our choreography is designed to prioritize movement, joy, and fitness over rigid technicality. Whether you are a total beginner or someone returning to dance, you will fit right in. - **Structured Learning:** We cover 8 to 12 classes per month, with routines usually completed every 3 to 4 sessions, keeping the pace exciting. - **Inclusive Atmosphere:** No one is judged here. We dance to the latest Bollywood tracks and timeless classics with a focus on 'masti' and swag. - **The Environment:** Classes are held in our fully air-conditioned, wood-floored studio, equipped with mirrors for self-correction. It’s clean, professional, and built for comfort. - **Community Beyond Steps:** This is the heart of the Malang tribe. We celebrate festivals like Teej and Holi with potlucks and dress-up parties, creating a support system that goes far beyond the studio floor. If you are looking for a break from the daily grind and want to get your groove back, this batch is for you. ## About Malang Dance Company I'm Rhythm, and I started this batch because I know how hard it is to find time for yourself. At Malang, we ditch the drama and just focus on the rhythm, the laughter, and the camaraderie of a supportive girl gang.
