Whether you are a beginner looking to find your footing or a trained dancer wanting to refine your technique, this class offers a comprehensive movement education. **What You Will Learn:** * **Ballet Basics:** We emphasize posture, alignment, and core engagement, which are the building blocks for every other style. * **Jazz Technique:** Focus on sharp isolations, turns, and energy projection. * **Contemporary Flow:** Explore weight, gravity, and emotional storytelling through fluid movement. * **Heels Training:** Gain confidence, balance, and style while learning commercial choreography. ### Why Train With Us Located in Ashok Vihar, our studio provides a professional environment with wooden flooring and mirrors, allowing for better technical correction. The sessions are led by Amit and Divya, who break down complex movements into manageable sequences. We keep the class size optimal to ensure every student receives personal attention to improve their form and musicality. ### Batch Details We run this session every **Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 PM**. Each class includes a dedicated warm-up to prevent injury and a cool-down to stretch out. It is a judgment-free space—our focus is on growth, not perfection.
