I spent over a year testing and refining every technique on my own family, starting with my Amma, to understand exactly how different skin types heal. This rigorous practice, combined with my deep training in Korean skincare, means I do not just apply pigment. I respect the skin’s health, barrier, and long-term recovery process to ensure your results look natural and last. ### The Path to Certification In the world of permanent makeup, you can never stop learning. My path to becoming a SISA-certified artist took me across borders to learn from the best in the industry. I chose not to rush into offering these services immediately because I wanted to ensure my skills were rock solid. Certification for me is a promise to my clients that I have met international standards of safety and quality. ### The Korean Skincare Difference My background in Korean skincare is the backbone of how I approach every PMU procedure. It is not just about the aesthetic result, but about how the skin interacts with pigments. I analyze your skin type, whether it is oily or dry, and adjust my technique to make sure the ink settles correctly. I follow strict hygiene protocols, using single-use needles and barrier protection, because your safety is non-negotiable. ### For My Students and Clients I teach my students the same way I approach my own work: with patience and precision. I believe in mastering the 'yav rīti brush hidkobeku' (how to hold a brush) and 'yav rīti skin prep madbeku' (how to prep the skin) until it becomes second nature.
