My job is to ensure the timeline stays on track while handling the technical details that keep makeup and hair consistent across every take. Whether we are executing a 12-hour TVC shoot or managing back-to-back runway changes, I lead the team to keep your talent looking sharp, avoiding common issues like shine or makeup washout under harsh studio lighting. Professional sets require more than just artistic skill; they require preparation and reliability. My approach starts long before we hit the studio. **On-Set Technical Execution** For commercial and film work, I prioritize durability. We use specialized strobe-resistant layering that withstands high-intensity lighting. If the shoot is for a digital campaign or a TVC, we focus on 'invisible' techniques for the cast—anti-shine for male actors, clean skin evening, and sharp grooming that looks natural in 4K resolution. **Team Management & Continuity** When you book my team, you are getting a dedicated Department Head.
