My tutorial reels are not just for show. Before a single drop of foundation touches your skin, I spend time properly hydrating and priming. If you are struggling with cakey foundation, it is usually not the product itself, but the lack of hydration beforehand. I use a mix of gentle mists and high-end moisturizers because if the canvas is not smooth, the art will not last. My makeup philosophy is simple: Enhancing is always better than transforming. You should look like you, just with that golden hour glow dialled up. Whether you are preparing for your own wedding or just want to master a soft glam look for a night out, the secret is rarely in the expensive palette, it is in the routine. ### Why the process matters I post these raw, filter-free videos because I want you to see the reality of professional makeup. When I work on a bride in Mumbai or a model on a commercial shoot, the process is identical. It starts with skin analysis. I am fussy about tools because dirty brushes are the fastest way to ruin a look and irritate sensitive skin. That is why I have a zero-tolerance policy: single-use sponges only. ### Common questions I get: * **Why does my makeup look cakey?** Usually, it is skipping the hydration phase.
