I don't believe in heavy layers, instead, I use hydration and translucent, matte-finish products to balance your skin tone. Whether you are prepping for a studio shoot or a high-profile event, the goal is to make sure you look polished on camera without it being obvious that you have any product on your face. ### Grooming for the Camera Studio lights and high-definition cameras can be unforgiving. They tend to highlight redness, uneven texture, and excess oil, which is exactly why professional grooming is a game-changer for men. My approach is simple, keep it real. I use lightweight products that disappear into your skin, effectively muting unwanted shine while keeping your natural skin texture visible. ### My Process * **Skin Prep:** Just like my glam sessions, it starts with hydration. I use products that calm the skin, ensuring your face isn't looking dry or tired under harsh lights. * **Shine Control:** This is the most critical step for editorial shoots. I use a mix of matte primers and setting powders that are undetectable to the eye but work wonders under a lens. * **Feature Enhancement:** I subtly define the jawline and ensure under-eye areas look fresh and rested, keeping everything within a natural range. ### Why it Matters I’ve spent over 7 years doing makeup for editorial shoots, commercials, and events in Mumbai and Jaipur. I know exactly how different lighting setups react to skin. You don’t need makeup in the traditional sense, you need a polished, confident version of yourself.
