Whether you are learning the Six Bricks methodology for early years or assembling Arduino circuits, you will not just sit through theory lectures. You will build, code, and troubleshoot the same equipment your students will use, ensuring you can confidently run these activities in your own classroom the next day. ### Practical Skills for Modern Classrooms We know that teaching is tough, and learning new technology can be intimidating. That is why our programs are designed to remove the guesswork. We do not just teach you the theory behind play-based learning; we give you the tools to execute it. ### What You Will Learn * **Early Years Educator Certification:** We focus on the Six Bricks methodology and lesson planning for ages 2 to 5. You will learn to use simple blocks to teach fine motor skills, spatial awareness, and emotional intelligence. This 12-hour program helps you integrate Math and Science into everyday play. * **STEM & Robotics Educator Course:** This 16-hour technical training is for those teaching ages 7 and up. You will get hands-on with Block Coding (Scratch) and Arduino platforms. We teach you how to assemble sensors, motors, and gears, and more importantly, how to troubleshoot when the robot does not move as expected during class. ### Why Our Training Works We believe in the 'Learn it, do it, own it' philosophy. Every session is conducted in small, intimate batches of 8 to 10 educators, ensuring you get enough attention to master the hardware and software. We provide access to all necessary kits during the sessions, so you do not need to worry about purchasing your own gear before you start. By the end of our workshops, you will have ready-to-use lesson plans that map directly to your school's curriculum. ## About MakersLoft We are MakersLoft, and we believe play is the highest form of research.
