We get teams actually building, using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitation method. Our workshops flip the usual corporate training on its head - you’ll find everyone, from the quietest intern to the CEO, building 3D models and making ideas come alive. Not just talking, but thinking with their hands. ### Why It Works - Every person gets involved, no matter how introverted or senior - You see, touch, and shape ideas - way more memorable than slides - It turns tricky business problems into something you can literally look at from all sides - Our sessions bring out creative solutions by getting folks out of their comfort zones ### What You’ll Get - Hands-on team building workshops that actually feel fun - Innovative problem-solving sessions for when your team is stuck - Executive leadership development that goes beyond theory - Creative business strategy training - your vision in actual 3D, not just in your head ### Who It’s For Organizations of all sizes, from small startups to big companies, HR teams wanting to shake up team dynamics, managers looking for new ways to connect, and anyone bored of the same old training format. We run these sessions in Bangalore, Kolkata, your own office, or totally online if that’s easier. Doesn’t matter if you’re 5 or 50, there’s something wild about figuring things out with your own hands. We’ve seen kids on the spectrum recreate our whole office in Minecraft, teachers turn into classroom heroes, and even big corporate teams ditch their spreadsheets for bricks. For us, it’s not about textbooks. It’s about that ‘aha!’ moment when you finally crack it. ### My work - **Hands-on STEM & Robotics Programs**: We run LEGO robotics classes, coding, and engineering for kids, teachers, moms, and even companies. - **Camps, Birthdays & Workshops**: Our creative STEM camps and brick-based parties are always buzzing, with small batches for real attention. - **LEGO Serious Play Workshops**: We help teams and teachers unlock creativity and leadership with LEGO Serious Play workshops. - **Our Learning Style**: Learn it, do it, own it. We push hands-on skills, problem-solving, and teamwork. Kids build confidence, not just models. ## More services from MakersLoft - [LEGO Themed Birthday Parties](https://mytribe.in/makersloft_kol/lego-themed-birthday-parties) · ₹850-1,600 per child (estimate) - [Holiday Camps](https://mytribe.in/makersloft_kol/holiday-camps) · ₹2,900-5,000 per week (estimate) - [STEM, Coding & Robotics for Kids](https://mytribe.in/makersloft_kol/stem-coding-robotics-for-kids) · ₹7.5-12.5K per level (estimate) - [Teacher & Parent Training Programs](https://mytribe.in/makersloft_kol/teacher-parent-training-programs) · ₹1,000-1,800 per session (estimate) ## Experts similar to MakersLoft on mytribe - [Corporate Wellness & Team-Building Workshops by Build-It](https://mytribe.in/webuilditnow/corporate-wellness-team-building-workshops) · ₹12-45K per workshop (estimate) · Bengaluru - [Corporate Services & Team Building by Paper Crane Lab](https://mytribe.in/papercranelab/corporate-services-team-building) · ₹950-1,900 per participant (estimate) · Paper Crane Lab - [Corporate Team Building & Events by Just Robotics](https://mytribe.in/justrobotics/corporate-team-building-events) · ₹850-2,000 per participant (estimate) · Bengaluru - [Corporate Art Workshops by Art Attic](https://mytribe.in/art.attica/corporate-art-workshops) · ₹550-1,150 per person (estimate) · Bengaluru - [Sustainable Construction Workshops & Training by Masons Ink](https://mytribe.in/masonsinkarchitecture/sustainable-construction-workshops-training) · ₹3.5-12K per person (estimate) · Masons Ink - [Equine-Assisted Corporate & Leadership Training by Miracle Equine Center](https://mytribe.in/miracle_equine_center/equine-assisted-corporate-leadership-training) · ₹4-12.5K per person (estimate) · Miracle Equine Center - [Corporate Art Workshops & Team Building by StoryZone](https://mytribe.in/storyzone.in/corporate-art-workshops-team-building) · ₹950-2,600 per person (estimate) · StoryZone - [Corporate Wellness & Team Building by Healing Garden](https://mytribe.in/healing-garden/corporate-wellness-team-building) · ₹450-1,650 per participant (estimate) · Healing Garden - [Corporate Workshops by Flux School of Arts](https://mytribe.in/fluxoninsta/corporate-workshops) · ₹28-72K per session (estimate) · FLUX - [Corporate Art Workshops by ArtDelight Group](https://mytribe.in/artdelightgroup/corporate-art-workshops) · ₹750-1,950 per person (estimate) · Bengaluru - [Corporate Fencing Workshops by Lohith Vijay](https://mytribe.in/bengaluru_fencingclub/corporate-fencing-workshops) · ₹28-60K per session (estimate) · Bengaluru Fencing Club ## Book To book MakersLoft, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'm%20looking%20for%20Corporate%20Training%20by%20MakersLoft.)
