## About Modern Brides in Pinks & Pastels

Pastels can wash you out if the base is too heavy. I focus on a monochromatic approach—matching your eyeshadow tones to your lehenga color and using liquid blush layers to keep the skin looking fresh, not flat. It is all about maintaining that natural glow so the makeup enhances your look instead of hiding it.

When you choose a soft palette like blush pinks, peaches, or ivory for your wedding, your makeup needs to match that delicacy. If you go too heavy on the contour, the look loses its charm. I usually recommend airbrush application for these styles. The silicon-based formula creates a velvet matte or glass-skin finish that catches the light beautifully, especially for daytime pheras or outdoor events.

My approach focuses on skin prep using luxury serums before any foundation touches your face. This ensures that even after 12 hours of dancing, the makeup stays intact. For eye makeup, I lean toward soft, shimmery tones that pull from your outfit's embroidery, rather than harsh smokey eyes, to keep the overall vibe romantic and sophisticated.

Since I handle both hair and draping, I ensure your hairstyle—whether it is a messy braid or a classic bun with floral pins—works with your pastel theme. My team and I operate from my studios in Defence Colony and Gurugram, but we travel across the NCR for weddings. Whether you are wearing a heavy traditional lehenga or an Indo-western gown, I ensure you feel like yourself, just glowing a little extra.
