### Why I Started This Academy

Nanna hesaru Shilpa Gowda. With 20 years as a makeup artist, my goal is simple - *pratiyondu hennumakkalu avara kaal mele nintkobeku* (every woman should stand on her own feet). I wanted to make beauty careers accessible, especially for those without the budget for fancy courses. I’ve seen too many talented women get held back by cost.

### My story

Naanu Shilpa Gowda. Two decades in this makeup world, and I’ve seen girls drop dreams because fees were sky-high.
