Clients often mention that we spend real time talking about soil biology, drainage, and sunlight exposure before digging a single hole, ensuring that the green we install actually stays healthy in your specific home environment. Building a garden is not just about aesthetics, it is about creating a living space that survives the city's unique microclimates. Our community in Bengaluru has trusted us with over 1900 projects, and the feedback consistently highlights one thing: we listen to how you use your space. ### Why Our Process Works We do not believe in cookie-cutter designs. Whether it is a tiny balcony in Indiranagar or a sprawling villa in Whitefield, our approach is collaborative. As you see in the feedback, clients often get involved in the decision-making process—they tell us, 'sir, यहाँ पर मिट्टी ऐसे डालना' (Sir, put the soil like this), and that is exactly how it should be. A garden should be a partnership. ### What Clients Value Most * **Reliability:** We show up when we say we will. We know you have busy schedules, so we keep communication clear and expectations realistic from day one. * **Technical Know-how:** You might see a beautiful photo, but we are looking at the waterproofing and structural load. Our focus on the 'science' side—water drainage, soil composition, and plant selection—is why our setups last for years, not months. * **Transparency:** No hidden costs or jargon. If a certain plant will not survive on your specific balcony due to low light, we will tell you upfront. We would rather have a happy client with a smaller, thriving garden than a disappointed one with a dead lawn. If you are nervous about starting a project, take a look at the experiences of those who have been through the process. It is about creating a space where you can finally slow down. ## About Make My Garden I started Make My Garden to bring a little bit of nature back into our busy city lives. Seven years later, it is not about the plants we sell, but the homes we help people create—from balcony chai spots to full-blown villa landscapes.
