I program custom scenes like 'Movie Mode' or 'Party Mode' that adjust your lights, AC, and recliners with a single voice command or tap. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Here I walk through how we set up different modes for a client. With one button, 'Movie Mode' starts, which brings the recliner up and adjusts the lights. I use retrofitted smart touch panels that replace your existing switches directly. Whether you want a simple setup for a single room or integrated recliner controls, I make sure the installation is clean, quick, and compatible with the fixtures you already have. When I set up a theater or living room, the goal is to make the technology invisible. You shouldn't have to think about how to start a movie—you should just be able to say, "Alexa, movie time." ### How it works I use IR blasters to clone the signals from your existing TV, projector, and sound system remotes. Once programmed, these devices talk to your smart panel or voice assistant. You aren't replacing your appliances; you're just giving them a smarter brain. ### Customization beyond standard settings Standard is fine, but I like to go further. If you want a 'Movie Mode' that dims lights to exactly 20% while extending your recliners, I set that up. If you need an 'Intermission Mode' that brightens the room slightly so you can find your popcorn, we program that too. We can even coordinate with your furniture maker to embed control panels directly into your recliner armrests. ### Why start early? While we can retrofit most setups without messy rewiring, getting me involved while you’re planning your interiors gives us more freedom. We can hide the wiring better and choose panels that match your wall colors or even get custom icons—like the orange ones I designed for a client's lucky panel. It’s about building a space that feels personal, not just like a showroom. Everything comes with a 5-year warranty on the hardware, so you don't have to worry about tech fatigue. If you're in Bangalore and wondering if your current room can become a smart theater, let's chat. ## About MAKc Automation I'm Manan.
