Since I don't use premixes or shortcuts, I usually need a bit of advance notice to source the freshest ingredients and give each dessert the time it needs to turn out just right. When you order a dessert from me, you are getting something made by hand, not by a machine. My approach to baking is simple: use quality ingredients and give the process the time it deserves. Whether it is the flourless chocolate cake that stays fudgy or the choux pastry that needs to be filled fresh so it stays crisp, there is a lot of heart that goes into each order. ### What I Offer * **Classic & Fusion Cakes:** From rich, gluten-free flourless chocolate cakes to my signature Motichoor Tres Leches, I love mixing traditional Indian flavors with classic techniques. * **French-Style Pastries:** My choux buns are a labor of love. I fill them fresh, focusing on textures like that perfect craquelin crunch on top combined with smooth, flavored creams. * **Dietary-Friendly Treats:** I believe everyone deserves a good dessert. I have a range of vegan, sugar-free, and gluten-free options, like my almond cookies, that do not compromise on taste. * **Festive Specials:** For occasions like Diwali or Rakhi, I prepare seasonal treats like baked gujiyas, made with jaggery and fresh fruit, skipping the heavy deep-frying for something lighter. Because I operate out of my Lajpat Nagar studio, I can be flexible with customization. If you have a specific flavor profile in mind for a celebration, feel free to chat with me.
