My residential projects range from apartments to villas, where I integrate local materials like Thikri glass, Channapatna crafts, and Sadharalli granite. ### What Makes Us Different - Deep focus on incorporating traditional Indian craftsmanship - Sustainable design practices using eco-friendly and waste materials - Featured projects in Elle Decor and other prestigious publications ### Ideal For Homeowners who appreciate culturally-rich designs and want their living spaces to reflect both modern aesthetics and traditional craftsmanship. Perfect for those seeking unique, sustainable, and timeless interiors. ### Notable Projects Peninsula Residence featuring custom Thikri panels and Loto Bianco villa in Goa showcasing local materials and crafts. ## Meet your expert [Maia Design Studio](https://mytribe.in/maia.designstudio) ### My story Hey, Shruti here. MAIA started with a thought - let spaces talk, you know? Studied at Parsons in New York, but my heart beats desi. I’m obsessed with old-school Indian crafts. Met a thikri artisan in Udaipur, finally worked together years later - mad joy. My studio’s a bunch of curious folks, always chasing stories through design. Vogue and AD100 features? Cool, but real kick is blending handmade magic into people’s homes. ### My work - **Interior design for homes, hotels, bars**: We do high-end interiors - residences, farmhouses, penthouses, restaurants, microbreweries, boutique hotels. - **Indian crafts in every project**: Love working with artisans - thikri glasswork, pottery, weaving - we bring Indian crafts into every space. - **Timeless, not just trendy**: Mixing modern vibes with tradition. Textures, natural stuff, stories - spaces feel personal, not mass-produced. - **Clients who want something real**: Best fit? Folks who dig local crafts, want their space to feel like theirs, not just a Pinterest copy. - **Collaboration all the way**: We team up with clients, artisans, and everyone involved. It’s all about making it together. ## More services from Maia Design Studio - [Hospitality & Restaurant Design](https://mytribe.in/maia.designstudio/hospitality-restaurant-design) · ₹250-850 per sq. ft.
