Every session, whether it is Kho-Kho drills or agility conditioning, is designed for competitive readiness. We emphasize 'kridangana baher shistabaddha wagu'—the belief that discipline on the field must extend into your child's daily life. We believe the maidan is where character is forged. Our competitive sports program is not just about exercise; we prepare students for state and national-level selection in Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Mallakhamb, and gymnastics. Our conditioning is not theory. We use high-intensity interval training, partner-assisted flexibility drills, and raw mud-ground practice to mirror actual tournament conditions. This ensures that when our students step onto the field, they are physically and mentally adapted to the environment. We don't just teach the rules; we teach the 'how.' From toe-pointing precision to tactical positioning, our sessions led by experienced coaches are intense and outcome-focused. We train based on School Games Federation of India (SGFI) standards and conduct internal trials to keep players match-ready.
